Peoples Clean Energy is raising capital to build the first of 10 mini solid fuel facilities geared towards supplying an engineered fuel (blend of cleaned coal and waste biomass) to local coal fired facilities, regional stoker boilers and furnaces, and small grated boilers. Each strategically located facility will create an ROI of 30 plus and is scalable to equal local customer demand. Capital can be in the form of equity, debt or equipment.
